@CompleteSkeptic We added Jev to our platform and realized when users are seeing past agent activity, reading the JSON Jev passed to the agent means little. Seeing a small visual of it means everything (graph, bar chart etc). Usage meaningfully increased with that very small change
Haha, I now estimate every task by execution mode, not just epic or story. Supervised with sub-agents, or unsupervised night shift. With context, skills, and checks before merge in a good harness, maintenance and extension work run overnight alongside the dev cycle.
Vibe coded my parents' TV this afternoon!
It was showing a sponsored ad before you could even get to Netflix.
Gave Claude Code the model number, it found the TV on wifi, removed 25 Xiaomi packages and wrote a new launcher.
Looks like an Apple TV now lol

@shadcn Love using skills in my dev workflows. But have found value in my personal life too - my personal finances are mostly cowork + 2 skills that I run every paycheck. Keeps me on top of things, flags sus charges etc.
Before you're impressed: the pole-sitter won, and 'pick whoever's on pole' scored better than my model on this race. Also one refit took 29 minutes instead of ~1.
Full write-up, with the honest caveats: https://t.co/djcec1BQ2A
My F1 model's top three podium odds for Singapore: Verstappen 86%, Leclerc 79%, Antonelli 55%. The actual podium: Verstappen, Leclerc, Antonelli :)
Hamilton, at 51%, finished sixth, which the model considers a minor detail (& I wrote my first substack)
@AnkanXplorer The only outlier we have seen is that automating workflows is better in the terminal but given the pace of upgrades to the desktop app, maybe that'll change soon too.
@AnkanXplorer My setup used to be: desktop app for UI/UX, terminal/VS Code for deep multi-dependency work. Lately most tasks don't feel like they need all that anymore.
Auto mode + built-in browser & terminal is a goated workflow. If I do need the terminal, the same worktree is 2 clicks away.

@Conta_engineer@soham_nayak04 I love the idea, I have been thinking about using my Zepp data to make some cool map overlays but this is perfect!
Downloaded just now - but if you’re looking for feedback/contributors I would love to know.
