I was traveling on their executive chair class from Dehradun to Delhi a few years ago.
I spent first 15 mins trying to adjust the footrest. Turns out, YOU CANNOT adjust footrest. And if you’re under 5’5, you can’t reach it.

Imagine my shock coz I was on a basic AC train in Sri Lanka just a few months before that and the footrest was adjustable.

It’s a tiny thing but somehow people who designed India’s best train couldn’t think of a tiny detail that somehow Sri Lankans didn’t miss
