My only mistake was that after one year, I took my son to stay with me for 24 hours, because my ex-wife used to insult and harass me in front of the child, and because of this she has taken such a drastic step. She has hidden the child; he is not going to daycare or school and he is not at home either. Instead, he is staying with another man. No father would ever feel comfortable knowing that his son is with another man.

Those were the last moments I spent with my son, and I miss him deeply every day. 😔

I am a helpless father asking for help. It has been 1 week since I last saw my minor son(Ekaksh ,2.8yr). My ex-wife has hidden him and is refusing to allow me to meet him or even talk to him on call or video. I went to the whitefield police police station and meet Mr. Vishwanath Reddy for help and kept running from one desk to another from 9 AM to 5 PM, but my complaint was not even registered. I was simply told to bring a court order from ex wife which she refusing to meet my child.
A child has the right to both parents. I am extremely worried about my son’s safety and mental wellbeing. I have already complained to CWC but have received no response.
I am concerned because my child is being kept with a stranger, which I believe is not safe. I also fear for his mental and emotional health as there have been instances of abusive behavior, including verbal abuse, threats, and physical punishment. I am also worried because the mother often remains intoxicated and is unable to properly care for the child.
Please help me see my child. No father should have to beg just to see his own son.

I’m desperately looking for a good lawyer who can help me in my child custody case. My ex-wife is not allowing me to even talk to my son and has completely hidden him from me.

@gogoi51422 I understand your concern. But when a father is not even allowed to see or talk to his own child, the pain and helplessness sometimes come out like this. I only shared that moment because I miss my son deeply. I just want to see him safe and be part of his life again. 🙏

I’m speaking because I’m being denied the basic right to see and talk to my own child. Every story has two sides, and a child deserves both parents.

Is it legally correct that after divorce, if I suspect that my minor son is living with a stranger (my ex-wife’s boyfriend) and she is not allowing me to meet or even talk to my child on phone or video call?
Can a mother keep the child in a live-in relationship with another man without court orders?
In such a situation, what legal action can I take and what are my rights as a father?

@sup_arcot I did everything for her. I sacrificed everything, listened to every word she said, and stood by her even when it meant fighting against everyone. But when you don’t get respect and the same loyalty in return, a man eventually breaks. 💔
