Attention Please!!! Something just happened right now and it's not a good thing. I am disappointed and very angry right now.

I was in a restaurant having lunch, and two female nurses walked in wearing their uniforms.
They sat down at the table behind my back. Ordered for food they were taking back to the hospital they came from.

I was actually enjoying my meal until one of them asked her colleague how she was able to inject the old man that was admitted yesterday..
Her response was, "I looked for veins but I no see. I tried his second hand, I no see any veins, na so I vex give am the injection like that."
Her stvpid colleague was busy laughing..

I quickly grabbed my phone and put it in record. Acted like I was stretching my body.
Then the other of her colleague said that's what she normally does each time she didn't see a vein to put the syringe 💉.
They said other annoying things that if it was a working country, they will NEVER be allowed to work in any health-care system.
They both ended their silly conversation by saying "me I can't kill myself abeg oh"

I recorded it. When they were done talking, I saved it, and listened to it to be sure I captured that part they said those annoying things...
As they picked their food and walked out of the restaurant, I slowly monitored their movements and followed them to the hospital where they were employed.. It was not even far from the restaurant.
As they were going upstairs, I walked in and respectfully called the two of them. Then I asked to see their boss, they called him and I reported the two of them to him. I played the record I had and threatened him to either sack them or I will report the hospital to the government since it's a private hospital..

I don't care about what you will call it. I know some of you will say I'm wicked because I asked for them to be sacked, but you see that thing they said? It's unprofessional and they are being nonchalant with people's lives..

The UN just released a report from a twelve-day Nigeria "investigation" by its Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief. Finding: no evidence of religious persecution.

One detail sets the table: the Rapporteur was there at the invitation of the Nigerian government.

The Rapporteur's reasoning: she did not see a direct government order to kill Christians. No instruction from Abuja, up and down the chain of command, ordering one religious group destroyed. Therefore — not genocide. Not persecution. Move along.

The problem is, that is NOT the legal standard. That is a red herring. Disgusting.

In 1994, Hutu militias — not the Rwandan military, not a government chain of command — killed 800,000 Tutsi in 100 days. The International Criminal Tribunal ruled it genocide. The killers didn't have government memos in their pockets. They had machetes and a mission. Intent to destroy a group is the standard. Not a signed order.

The Rapporteur, Prof. Nazila Ghanea, holds a chair in international human rights law at Oxford University. She knows the legal standard for religious persecution and genocide. She chose intentionally to kick up dust with a false argument to justify her obviously pre-determined conclusion. That's not an investigation, it's a whitewash. This should be a crime.

Here's what her twelve-day investigation looked like. She went to Abuja, Jos, and Kano — cities. Not to Barkin Ladi, not Benue, not Taraba or Southern Kaduna, not Gwoza, where the massacres continue. Her own statement confirmed her activities were "limited to Kano and Plateau states." She met with government officials and "religious leaders." In Nigeria that means she sat with the apparatus running the cover-up and took notes.

In her own words, she acknowledged that "at the village and hamlet levels in particular concentrations of the country, scores of innocent people experience killings, mass violence and the total decimation of their livelihoods, time and again, witnessing little or no justice." She acknowledged the scale of killings "could qualify as genocide." Her own senior legal experts told her directly they "cannot say that genocide is not happening anywhere in Nigeria."

Then she issued a report saying there is no evidence of religious persecution.

Prior to her trip, the European Centre for Law and Justice, Genocide Watch, and 21Wilberforce each submitted documented evidence of anti-Christian massacres for her consideration. She came home and said there's nothing to see.

Lying to hide the genocide is nothing new for the UN. I build schools in displacement camps in Abuja. The UNHCR wrote a detailed report about those camps in 2015. When I contacted them in 2020, they officially denied the camps exist. But they do, and the victims are still there.

More than 185,000 Christians and non-jihadist Muslims have been killed since 2009. More than 20,000 churches burned. Twelve million driven from their homes.

And the UN just handed Nigeria a clean bill of health.

The only certain conclusion from the report is that the UN Rapporteur is either corrupt, complicit, or a complete ignoramus. And her Oxford position likely rules out ignoramus.

The United Nations is not a neutral observer in Nigeria's genocide. It is a participant in covering it up.

CAN A GUARANTOR BE ARRESTED BECAUSE THE BORROWER DEFAULTED IN REPAYING A LOAN?

NO.

Many people panic when someone they guaranteed fails to repay a loan. Some even receive threats like,
"If he does not repay the loan, we will arrest you." "If he absconds, we will arrest you".

That is intimidation. Not law.

A loan transaction is a CIVIL matter.

When you stand as a guarantor, you are promising to repay the debt if the borrower defaults. Your obligation is financial, not criminal.

If the borrower fails to pay, the proper remedy is for the lender to sue for recovery of the debt and not to use the instrumentality of the police to recover the loan.

It is not a crime to owe money.

Under Nigerian law, the court have held in a plethora of cases that the police are not debt recovery agents. Arrest cannot be used as a tool to enforce repayment of a civil debt.

Section 7 of the Administration of Criminal Justice Act (ACJA) 2015 expressly prohibits arrest in lieu. A guarantor cannot be arrested simply because the borrower defaulted.

However, where there's evidence of fraud, obtaining money by false pretence, or conspiracy, that becomes a criminal matter and the police can effect arrest on the parties involved. In that situation, arrest is based on the alleged crime, not merely on default to repay a loan.

Mere inability or failure to repay a loan does not justify arrest.

HOW CAN THE CREDITOR RECOVER HIS MONEY:

🥢The creditor can sue both the borrower and the guarantor.

🥢The court can order repayment of the loan.

🥢The guarantor may be made to pay if the borrower fails.

That is civil liability and not criminal liability.

Arresting a guarantor over a simple loan default is unlawful.

Know your rights.

Not every threat is backed by law.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF A POLICE OFFICER JUMPS INTO YOUR CAR?

A follower asked:

"I was driving and made a turn where other vehicles were turning. A police officer suddenly forced open my car door, jumped into my vehicle, started dragging the steering wheel with me, and later took me and my baby to the police station. After much pleading, I was asked to pay ₦20,000 before my belongings were returned. What should I do if this happens again?"

LEGAL ANSWER

First, for safety reasons, do not struggle physically with an armed police officer, especially while the vehicle is moving. A struggle over the steering wheel can cause an accident and endanger lives.

If a police officer stops you:

• Remain calm and cooperate peacefully.

• Ask respectfully why you are being stopped.

• Request the officer's name, rank, and station if possible.

• If you believe you have committed no offence, state your position politely and avoid arguments on the road.

• Where safe and lawful, record the interaction or take note of witnesses.

• If you are taken to a police station, ask to know the offence you allegedly committed.

Do not offer or agree to pay money on the roadside or at the station to secure your release.

Under Nigerian law, police officers are not permitted to extort money from citizens. Any demand for money not backed by law may amount to misconduct and can be reported.

If you believe your rights were violated, you may:

• Petition the Divisional Police Officer (DPO).

• Report the matter to the Police Complaint Response Unit (CRU).

• Petition the Police Service Commission.

• Consult a lawyer to seek legal remedies where necessary.

Important Note:

A police officer cannot lawfully punish you simply because he suspects you committed a traffic offence. The law requires proper procedures to be followed.
