I made my first recipe from @CiaoSamin’s “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat” book. She always says not to be afraid of salt, so I liberally added palmfuls to the pasta water to “taste like the sea.” It was a glorious, cooking show-esque experience. Until, i tried the salty mess I cooked.
