FYI: we also have Burundian Communities which are made up of Tutsis, Hutus in DRC and we are cohabiting very well. We are more than 450 ethnic groups and we share communities with all our neighbours countries! By the way, Who told you that Rwandan communities don't have or were been refused citizenship in DRC!? Yet they are represented in all DRC’s state institutions.

Moreover, I think that Rwandophones are the most represented of all Congo’s ethnic groups and communities!

On the other side, it's good that this issue is being addressed in this way.
