Divide a 10x10 grid into 2x2 regions. Add clues to the following regions. Top row from the left: 1, 2, 3, 3. Middle row from the right: 1, 1, 2. Bottom row from the left: 3, 1, 1, 1. All other regions remain unclued. Solve as a Remembered Length puzzle.

I made a couple of puzzles for a construction contest, where the task was to make puzzles which can be described in a single tweet (assuming known genre conventions). I'll post them in the replies. The Choco Banana won the contest. 🎉

Variant: clues are both Heyawake and Akichiwake clues, i.e. they indicate both the number of shaded cells and the largest contiguous unshaded area in a region.

I suspect this might work better on a larger grid or with non-rectangular regions
