I have already raised this issue multiple times, but it is still not resolved. I am being charged ₹203 for customer RTOs instead of around ₹161 as per the rate card. This is affecting my business and causing losses. Please resolve this issue urgently and refund

@HDFCBank_Cares I got your reply from the rbi ombudsman stop this and I already submitted my all documents how can someone submit ITR of the last 3 years if he started working (last year), and therefore it is not possible for me to provide ITR for the last 3 years. Stop playing with customers
