Increasingly seeing Chief Justices taking credit for judgments the *Court* delivers (which by itself is unethical conduct). DY Chandrachud took credit for giving bail from 'A'rnab to 'Z'ubair, now Justice Surya Kant takes credit for his judgment in Najeeb. While Umar Khalid remains in jail forever without trial. Also, the 2-judge bench not only diluted binding ruling in Najeeb but also, when called out by another 2-judge bench, casually asked CJI to refer the issue to a larger bench. But Sweden does not have to know all that & questions aren't allowed to great men learned in law because asking questions is "indecorous"
