@TUIUK When I go on DM it is just standard automatic replies. Is this the process I have to follow? More delays to my complaint which was made in April. Granted, I did eventually receive my money back but still no reply to any of my complaints
@TUIUK absolutely appalled that TUI took over £4,000 from my account without my permission and had no replies to my numerous emails. Really appalling customer service.
