@MythicalChef I grow 20 or so varieties. I like the Zeststar apple right off the tree. Blight is a big problem. New varieties are be developed for disease resistance as well as the warming climate. The Cosmic Crisp is too sweet for my taste but it stores incredibly well.

Even a small percentage of hydrogen mixed in would displace a considerable amount of natural gas. I need to take a chemistry class. :)
