Government of Canada is bailing out developers who built condos *nobody wants*. These are units that are terribly overpriced and the government is helping the builders.
This is madness. This is, and I use this word carefully, evil. This is why families can't afford homes.
I’m currently in Armenia, the first Christian country, Just tourism.
But it is evident that hostile powers like Azerbaijan, funded by Israel, are hoping to slowly chip it away.
Armenia has a much smaller population, is strangled by all its neighbors, landlocked etc. it’s very
It is therefore much needed and reasonable that Armenia develops nuclear weapons to defend Christian interests in the region, and likely eliminate Azerbaijan
After all, Azerbaijan has been trying to do it to Armenia! 🇦🇲
@infolibnews@RayRay179357407 The Armenian genocide was orchestrated by the "young turks". They were Jews pretending to be Turkish nationalist that genocided Armenians, collapsed the Ottoman empire and started a war between Christiane and Muslims. Hmm. Notice the pattern of chaos the shlomos like to use?
Cut the deficit to zero by cutting all spending equally. Currency rise => interest rate drop. Use tariffs to offset the currency rise and pay down the debt to even further drop the interest rate.
Get out of the way of people, and they will borrow and build and solve their own problems faster than any bureaucracy.
Basically any western country can do this now.
🇨🇦THE SLOW CREEP OF CAPITAL CONTROLS🇨🇦
1. FHSA - triple tax-advantaged, but only if you buy a Canadian home during an all-time bubble.
2. RRSP - the shelter dies the moment you leave. Withdrawals as a non-resident: 15-25% Canadian withholding plus tax in your new country.
3. Public Sector Pensions - most stay fully taxable in Canada at Canadian rates when you retire abroad. Treaty mechanics vary, but you're not skipping Canada's hand.
4. Cross-Border Cash - $10K and you declare. Fail to declare and CBSA can seize. 5-50% penalty to get the rest back. Suspected proceeds of crime? Gone.
5. Dividend Tax Credit - Canadian dividends get a massive tax credit (near-zero in low brackets). Foreign dividends? Full marginal rate, no credit.
6. Maple Eight Pensions - under CONSTANT pressure to invest your retirement domestically.
and now
7. Sovereign Wealth Fund - announced today. Canadians "invited" to fund cabinet-picked nation-building projects, fast-tracked through laws that override reviews.
I can't say this loudly enough - the gates are already almost closed on almost all forms of capital. This is just another example.
Start talking about this stuff. Canadians have no idea what they've walked into.

THREAD: In 1915, the Ottoman government ordered the extermination of its Armenian population. ~1.5 million people were murdered.
But some Turks refused. They risked their careers, their freedom — and their lives — to save Armenians.
This is their story. 👇 #ArmenianGenocide
Today marks the 111th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide. As we honor the 1.5 million Armenians murdered by the Ottoman Empire across modern-day Turkey, Syria, and Armenia, we must refuse to let history repeat itself.
In 2020, the military forces of Azerbaijan and Turkey attacked the Armenian population in Nagorno-Karabakh. In 2023, Azerbaijan expelled over 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh, continuing the genocidal campaign that had begun over 100 years prior.
On this day of remembrance, we reaffirm the right of the Armenian people — and all people — to freedom, safety, and self-determination.
God Bless Armenia 🇦🇲
April 24 is Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day. On this day in 1915, the Ottoman Empire began the systematic mass killing and deportation of the Armenian people.
The Armenians were Christians. Armenia was the first nation in history to adopt Christianity as its state religion, in 301 AD — more than a decade before Constantine legalized it in Rome. Their faith was inseparable from their identity. And it was that identity that made them a target.
To this day Turkey does not officially recognize it as a genocide. The United States recognized it in 2021. Over 30 countries have formally done so.
Every year on April 24, Armenians around the world gather with torches and candles to march in remembrance. They do not march in anger. They march so the world does not forget.
1.5 million Christians.
The first Christian nation on earth.Never forget.

1/6 In commemoration of the 111th anniversary of the #ArmenianGenocide, I would like to present the poem 'Indoctrination of a Turkish boy' by Keith Garebian.
Tell him how history has losers and victors.
Tell him they are bitter in defeat.
Don't tell him about fabrication.
Today, we join Armenian communities in Canada and around the world in commemorating Armenian Genocide Memorial Day.
We honour those who endured unimaginable suffering during this dark chapter in history. Through our remembrance, we commit to vigilance — so that such atrocities are never repeated.
