@skatterbrainzz I went from my old S22 Ultra to a Pixel 9 Pro. I love it. It's all about the vanilla UI and the integration. Though I didn't complain about the Galaxy either. I'll not buy one with a screen that size anymore though.

@adamdriscoll Only if Microsoft ups their game and calls pwsh.exe instead of powershell.exe in all their other products. Customizations in Dev Box, for instance, still use Windows PowerShell for any scripted action.

@karpathy Been using that combo since 2 months or so, in favour of GH Copilot. Never looked back. Also, GPT-4o-mini for the fast llm.

Have also tried my own API keys for OpenAI and Anthropic, but it's clear @cursor_ai's tuning and prompting makes the difference in quality.

Fun hack just stitching up gen AI tools :), in this case to create a music video for today.

- copy paste the entire WSJ front page into Claude
- ask it to generate multiple scenes and give visual descriptions for them
- copy paste scene descriptions into image generator (@ideogram_ai here)
- copy paste generated images into @runwayml Gen 3 Alpha to make each image into a 10-second video
- ask Claude to generate lyrics that depict that day
- copy paste lyrics into @suno_ai_ to generate music
- stitch things up in iMovie

I have cancelled my @GitHubCopilot subscription and have not used @code in weeks now, all in favour of @cursor_ai and its pro subscription, which is more expensive than GH Copilot actually.

@dfinke Mistral doesn't have a framework themselves for agents. But their models are top notch imo. I think I saw someone on YT try MoA (Mix of Agents) with their MoE (Mix of Experts) models... Let me try and find that.

@dfinke Yes. I quite like Mistral's efforts so far. MoE has been solid for reasoning. Just now requested access to the Codestral model to test that with coding.
