@laflammerouge16@lukascph@stevefry A new (or different) men’s race and a women’s edition of a long standing race are not the same thing. Again as a viewer, I watch Paris Roubaix (men’s & women’s), same as the watch Wimbledon (men’s & women’s). It’s ASO choice to separate the P&Ls - and a bad choice at that.
@laflammerouge16@stevefry As a viewer they’re the same race - Both Paris Roubaix… And, both are owned by the same company (ASO). Separate P&L accounts sounds like a corporate cop-out to me…

The @FT coronavirus tracker graph is already one of the most influential data visualisations for a generation.
Its apparent simplicity belies the shit ton of work @jburnmurdoch must be doing to tell the stories in the complex data. Brilliant!
Heartbreaking 😔 So much gratitude to everyone in the healthcare industry for what they’re doing now, and what they’ll do in the days to come... #covid19
Today.
I told a 28 year old that he needs intubation. He was scared. Couldn’t breathe.
I told the wife of a 47 year old that he is dying over FaceTime.
I bronched a #COVID19 patient who mucous plugged. It saved his life. Risked mine.
