NIGERIA 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
I HAVE NEVER GIVEN UP-NNAMDI KANU
I have never been intimidated or discouraged from pursuing constitutional and legal remedies, no matter how powerful the State involved may be.
When the late General Muhammadu Buhari ordered the rendition of Nnamdi Kanu to Abuja, I took the matter to the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights in Arusha.
I filed an urgent application before the eleven judges, asking why Nigeria 🇳🇬 should not be held accountable under African human rights law.
What I discovered was astonishing.
I was informed that although Nigeria had accepted the Court’s founding Protocol, it had not made the declaration required to allow individuals and NGOs direct access to the Court. Consequently, my application could not proceed in the manner I had intended.
To me, this exposes a serious contradiction. A country that often speaks about the rule of law and leadership in Africa has denied ordinary Africans direct access to the continent’s highest human rights court.
That legal position raises important questions about accountability and access to justice for more than 250 million Nigerians.
My commitment to constitutionalism and the rule of law remains unshaken. The struggle for justice continues.

URGENT NEED TO PROTECT PM SIMON EKPA. FROM FINLAND PRESIDENT ALEXANDER STUBB AND NIGERIA SPONSORED BIAFRA AGENT'S AND RELATIONS SURROUNDING SIMON EKPA IN FINLAND.. ALEXANDER STUBB @alexstubb FREE SIMON EKPA NOW. ✊✊
Public Attention:

In Finland, the Judge/court Controls who enters Courtroom during trials
It has come to the attention of the USB government that certain faceless individual colluding with some unscrupulous elements in Finland are using the name of the PM to propagate lies to the public and Biafrans on social media.
A faceless individual by name Biafraunite was recently heard saying that the PM talked to him and has given exclusive power to some individuals in Finland to appoint who enters the court room during PMs appeal trial (listen to voice)
This information and many others from this individual are not true.
In Finland law, a sentenced person does *not* get to decide who is allowed inside a Finnish court on trial day. That decision rests with the judge/court.
A sentenced/defendant person has the right to be there and to have a lawyer, but they CANNOT pick or ban who else is in the courtroom. The judge runs the proceedings and decides attendance based on Finnish law and EU fair-trial rules.
I am using this opportunity to caution this faceless individual Biafraunite whose voice was on the record and those working with him to STOP using the name of PM Simon Ekpa to spread lies and misinformation to the public

Yet again, innocent lives have been shattered by another senseless act of violence.
On the night of Wednesday, July 8, at about 9:00 p.m., armed attackers descended on a group of civilian guards faithfully carrying out their duty in Rim, Riyom Local Government Area of Plateau State. These were ordinary men who had left their families with the hope of returning home at dawn. Instead, two of them were brutally killed where they stood.
As the sun rose this morning, the pain deepened. At least one person remains missing, leaving a family trapped between hope and heartbreak, praying that their loved one will somehow return alive.
How many more innocent people must lose their lives simply for protecting their communities? How many more families must spend sleepless nights waiting for loved ones who may never come home?
May God comfort the grieving families, protect those still in danger, and grant strength to everyone living under the shadow of fear. As it is written in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." May His justice and peace prevail over every community suffering from violence.

We Lost Him 💔😭
My heart is shattered beyond words
Our little brother, 13-year-old David Raymond, has gone home to be with the Lord after fighting for his life for 18 painful days
David was not a soldier
He was not a criminal
He was only a child whose only "offense" was being born into a Christian family in Plateau State
On that dark night in Kawel village, Bokkos LGA, terrorists stormed his home while the family slept
His father, Raymond Maichibi, stood between death and his son, hoping to save him with his own body, but he was shot and killed
His mother, Nanlop Raymond, hid inside the bedroom, praying for mercy, but the bullets found her too
David tried to escape, but an AK-47 bullet ripped through his back and stomach, leaving his intestines exposed
As doctors struggled day and night to save this innocent child, his parents were already lying in a mass grave alongside 20 other Christians murdered simply because of their faith
The family could not bring themselves to tell David that he was now an orphan
They hoped he would recover first
But today, that painful secret no longer matters
David has gone to join his father and mother in eternity
Before he died, his trembling voice still echoed from his hospital bed
"They came in the night... My father tried to protect me and they shot him... My mother was hiding when they shot her too... I ran and they shot me in the back..."
How many more children must die before the world listens
How many more Christian families must be erased before our tears are seen
The silence of the world has become another weapon against us
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." — Matthew 5:10
David's blood cries out from the ground
His story must not die with him
I plead with the Church around the world, do not stop praying for the persecuted Church in Nigeria
Remember us before the throne of God
Stand with us while there is still someone left to save
May the Lord comfort every grieving heart and may little David Raymond rest in the everlasting arms of Jesus until we meet again
Rest in peace, precious child
Your suffering is over
Your crown awaits you 💔😭🙏

Urgent Need to protect PM Simon Ekpa from Finland President Alexander Stubb and Nigeria sponsored Biafra agents and relations surrounding Simon Ekpa in Finland
Finland government refused a request by PM Simon Ekpa to help him get help needed for his appeal (attached)
The need to work with experts that have information on the danger that Nigeria and Finland poses to not only the United States of Biafra USB freedom but also to PM Simon Ekpa is urgent.
The allegations against him are politically charged and those surrounding him could be used as tools.
International law recognizes the principle of non-refoulement: no one should be returned to a country where they face persecution, torture, or an unfair trial.
Finland must upholds its obligations under EU law and the Geneva Convention.
