@SouthernRailUK I can't claim for my delayed journey home on delay replay (23:07 London Bridge to Hurst Green, bus from East Croydon) 'journey doesn't exist'... Yes quite! How do I claim for the fact I paid for a train and got half a train and half a bus and a 30 minute delay?!?

@whitecompany we need to talk about buttons... Great cotton in your bedsheets but not much good if all the buttons break! 3 duvet covers, same problem. Not exactly cheap either, maybe invest some of your margin in buttons that last more than 5 washes?!?

@British_Airways It's now been cancelled... A wasted precious half Sunday with my family & a load of missed import meetings. This was not a mechanical issue on route but a failure to replace a part before it legally expired. Not acceptable.

@British_Airways BA49 today delayed, no airbridge and are now returning to stand due to missing paperwork. Apparently just a legal technicality. Rediculously unprofessional more like. An already late flight further delayed by gross incompetence

@British_Airways I used to be proud to fly BA but it is fast becoming a laughing stock. Cut to the bone throughout, service which aims usually find to be good replaced by rude unprofessional contractors.
