@VerizonSupport Hello, I have been using Verizon Home Internet since moving to my current address, and I was previously using my own Netgear router without any issues. Recently, my bill was increased, and I was informed that I would receive a Verizon router at no additional cost+

with this update. I received and installed the router today. However, since switching to the Verizon router, my internet performance has significantly worsened. Although the Verizon app shows speeds around 300 Mbps, the actual connection is unstable and frequently interrupted.
