@nsitharaman @PMOIndia I wonder as to why Army Engrs played foul to remain in MES which is at large a civilian ISO org ignoring GoI mandate to shekatkar committee. Army Engrs seems to be more happy and comfortable in civilian role than Combat duty. God bless India #mesindanger

Don't understand, what combat capability of Army will improve by reducing senior level posts of Civilian Officers in MES. Instead Army Officers in MES which are doing non-combat duties should be moved to combat role.

@nsitharaman Its a matter of concern as to how and why Army the combatant has suppressed the non combat vacancies of IDSE (Civilian offrs) instead of suppressing Army vacancies in non combat MES inter service org and defied the objective of the GOI to reduce the flab of Army.

@nsitharaman I am sure Honable RM has been misguided by vested interests by Corps of Engineers to take control of Civilian Professional organization like MES and treat civil services officers of IDSE cadre , a organized Gp A cadre with contempt and get rid of IDSE officers.
