@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence such a bad experience talking to your customer service team. Every time I ask question I’m placed in mute and after sometime questions were answered without any background why. I asked to transfer to senior as you are not giving me proper answer.

@Airtel_Presence even if you talk to senior also the answer is same. There is no value for the question from customer at Airtel. My tsetop box remote is not working and I raised a request. While creating the ticket it asked me if there is any physical damage you need to make 350
