@virginmedia I have done so now, but to be told at 90 days and at 35 days that I have to call on *exactly* 30 days shows a lack of understanding at your call centre. Or perhaps the call handler is trying to avoid taking the notice? The “courtesy call” follow up hung up on me!

Hi @virginmedia I’m intrigued why your retention staff refuse to accept notice of cancellation over 30 days when your contract clearly states “at least 30 days”. Please educate your staff - it has taken me three calls to give notice.
