It’s a shame how disabled customers have been treated trying to buy oasis tickets @liamgallagher @oasis

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@TedingtonBlunt @oasis I totally agree! It’s been horrible. Don’t think I’ll ever go and see them again. Not even given the chance to buy tickets!!

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@WillPeterP95 @oasis @liamgallagher @NoelGallagher Well said!! I’m absolutely gutted! 😭

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@scyhodotcom Same here! I’m absolutely gutted! Never missed a tour in over 30 years!! I’ve shed a tear 😢

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

Absolutely disgraceful how you treat disabled customers @TicketmasterCS @TicketmasterUK the equality act is not worth the paper it’s written on!!!

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@TaylorMod I’ve literally lost all now! 😩 has anyone received a code for the 1pm or 5pm slots? I’ve not seen anyone say they have yet?

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@TicketmasterCS It doesn’t help. We are going round in circles here! You keep sending me the same information 🤣🤦‍♀️

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@TicketmasterCS I’m not too sure why my direct messages are being ignored? I really appreciate your time but I’m just trying to help a disabled customer out. Thank you so much.

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@TicketmasterCS if you have a physical disability and can’t use a computer, how are you meant to buy oasis tickets?

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@xmeganrichards No chance 🤣🤣

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@KearneyEddie @OasisLGNGFan I think they are just taking ages to come through!! Hopefully get mine soon 🤞

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@KearneyEddie @OasisLGNGFan Ah thanks, I can’t remember seeing that!! But I filled it all in!! Fingers crossed 🤞

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@KearneyEddie @OasisLGNGFan Was there another email after that?

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@KearneyEddie @OasisLGNGFan Yes done that bit!

[Rachel Messenger @messyrach]

@KearneyEddie @OasisLGNGFan I keep checking my spam I’m worried now that I didn’t click something at the end!! I can’t remember as I was being harassed at work!!! 🤣🤣

@criminographer Sending love to you and your family. My youngest son said the other day I’ll play with this when Joel comes round. Joel died 4 years ago, his little brother is waiting for him to come home xxx
