@VFSGlobalUK UPS courier lost my passport while it was sent VFS office Ottawa, it's been almost a month I still haven't received a claim. I would like to sue UPS for canceled flight tickets n other expenses I incurred during last month. Do you guys take any responsibilities?

@VikasSwarup Dear Sir, UPS courier service had lost my passport with a UK job visa while it was shipped from UK Embassy Ottawa, as of now I am unemployed due to this mishap. I had applied for a new passport at @HCI_Ottawa on July 10th.

@UPS worst customer care service ever, my passport was sent by an Embassy office in Ottawa along with my wife's passport. Her passport delivered the next day and mine is still missing. You guys have started an investigation but no results so far after 6 days. Just unbelievable!
