@HMRCcustomers I called a short time ago as I have been given a £100 fine in error. After 26 minutes I spoke with an advisor who said the systems were down and she couldn’t confirm whether they will up again in the next week? Do we have any idea when they will be up again?

1. I don’t often tweet about my personal life, but on 1st November, my mum Jane was hit by a large vehicle as a pedestrian in St. Louis, USA. She suffered a severe brain injury & remains in a coma in hospital.
