For public clarity, the two young men in this footage were arrested for simply using their phones to record what was happening to Fahir and Amaad. As a result pepper sprayed and attacked by the police. They were later released.

Officer 1 to man on wall: "He's gettin locked up."

Claims Officer 2 to Fahir: "Gonna kill you."

More officers are due to be investigated from next week.
