The main disappointment from the podcast was in the questions that were left unanswered. Jon asked "Why not just ban [PFOF] and take your chances in court?" He didn't get an answer. He asked "Dont we need a different or better system?" He didn't really get an answer.

WOW. This is quite the case announced by the SEC. THIS is what enforcement should look like. Allianz is fined, banned from providing financial advice for 10 years, individuals are banned from the industry and the DOJ has filed criminal charges.
