the @okx genesis hackathon has come to an end, and I am closing it out with Metiora live on @XLayerOfficial

a few weeks ago it was a rough idea and an empty repo

and now it is a working on-chain AI operating partner for founders, one that can take a request, settle payment, and return real work on its own

building to a deadline clarifies things, because it forces you to cut what does not matter and ship what does

i am grateful to the OKX team for creating that pressure, and to everyone I traded notes with along the way

the deadline is what ended, but this project is not
