Well that was the worst game of Welsh rugby I've watched in over 50 years. I don't blame the players but the greedy no clue #WRU. This game should never have happened but epitomises the poor leadership and lack of player welfare and development by the #WRU.

Chaos continues at London Heathrow. BA flight from Vegas landed an hour ago just been told we have another 45 minutes at least for our bags to arrive. Not good enough @British_Airways or @HeathrowAirport

@OwsWills All very personal to me but I would choose The Golden Lion Penarth, The Hope Inn Pembroke and the Druid Goginan. All local pubs but welcoming and with the odd twist (especially the Hope)

So I've read in @PenarthTimes that @AlbertRoadSurgery is closing in March 2022. To date no one from either the surgery or @CAVUHB have been in touch and asking around nobody else seems to have heard anything. Would be nice to know what's happening
