@TalktoBPI My branch helped me to report but they just asked me to call 89-100 for further concerns. But as I have mentioned earlier, there was no answer when I call the hotline.

@TalktoBPI Yes, I went there last week and they showed the record on the system that I had withdrawn the money on April 08 which is not true because during that time I cannot access the BPI App and I was unable to withdraw on the machine due to error until April 11.
