This is our newest baby, Oscar. He is a 9 month old Parson Russel Terrier mix. We are pretty sure he was abandoned and definitely not well taken care of, but we have had him for a week and he has just fit perfectly into our little family, and is overcoming so many fears!!

@BWI_Airport Thank you! It took about 45 minutes before we got a shuttle, but then there were several back to back. Having the schedule screens working would have been helpful. Glad to be home now!

My least favorite part of flying @BWI_Airport is trying to get a shuttle back to our car. No way to walk (safely) to the garage.
We’ve been waiting for 20 minutes and counting for a daily shuttle. 😅 I just want to go home.

Fun fact when I was 12 my “friends” orchestrated a fake reality show rose ceremony where they publicly voted me out of the friend group at lunchtime. It was so brutal that almost all of them tracked me down in adulthood to apologize.

Let me help you out and give you my thoughts on DEI
1. Diversity
Good businesses look where others don't, to find the employees that will put your business in the best possible position to succeed.
You may not agree, but I take it as a given that there are people of various races, ethnicities, orientation, etc that are regularly excluded from hiring consideration. By extending our hiring search to include them, we can find people that are more qualified. The loss of DEI-Phobic companies is my gain.

1a. We live in a country with very diverse demographics. In this era where trust of businesses can be hard to come by, people tend to connect more easily to people who are like them. Having a workforce that is diverse and representative of your stakeholders is good for business.
