PLAYERS I THINK WILL LIKELY LEAVE CHELSEA THIS SUMMER: LOAN OR PERMANENT TRANSFER.

FOR PERMANENT TRANSFERS:

1. Alejandro Garnacho: Brother is allergic to taking on players consistently and somehow always finds a way to drop disasterclass performances when you least expect it. Talent is there, but the football IQ? I’m still searching.

2. Axel Disasi: Already wants to leave the club anyway. Good news for everyone involved because watching him defend feels like surviving a horror movie.

3. Nicolas Jackson: Reportedly wants out too 🤝. Has moments of brilliance, but the inconsistency in front of goal can genuinely send people into depression.

4. Liam Delap: zero football ability, spends more time elbowing defenders than actually playing football. Future WWE contract pending after another unnecessary red card. Must go!

5. Benoît Badiashile: made it his full-time job to disorganize our defense and gift opponents chances. Every match comes with at least one heart attack.

6. Tosin Adarabioyo: king of mistakes. Calm on the ball for five seconds, then suddenly turns into a chaos generator.

7. Tyrique George: moving like he wants to bench Cole Palmer already. Relax brother, learn football first before trying to claim the throne.

NOW FOR POSSIBLE LOAN OUTS:

1. Mamadou Sarr: Definitely needs regular game time and experience. There’s a good player there, but he needs minutes away from Chelsea pressure to develop properly.

The Afghan online news service, Khaama Press, reports that the United States has reassumed control of Bagram Air Base in eastern Afghanistan, to the north of Kabul, at the request of the Taliban Government; with several C-17s arriving last week at the base, carrying military vehicles, equipment and senior intelligence officials, including the Deputy Director of the CIA, Michael Ellis.

The redeployment of American servicemembers to Afghanistan following their withdrawal in 2021 has yet to be confirmed by U.S. or Taliban officials, though flight trackers did manage to confirm the arrival of several U.S. Air Force C-17 military transport aircraft last week at Bagram. Though this move likely makes no sense to some, Bagram Air Base and Afghanistan as a whole remains an extremely strategic location for staging future military operations in a war against both Iran and China. According to some reports, an official announcement of the U.S. military reassuming control of Bagram is expected to come in April, possibly as early as this week.
