This is Druzhkivka, Ukraine.

An elderly man climbs through the window of his own home after a Russian guided aerial bomb turns it into a burning ruin.

The footage was captured by aerial reconnaissance operators of Ukraine’s “Khyzhak” Brigade, showing the aftermath from above: neighbors helping the man and trying to save whatever could still be pulled from his home.

And one video can never convey the scale of this. You cannot imagine how many Ukrainian villages, towns and cities have streets that look like this. Entire communities damaged or destroyed by years of Russian attacks.

And after doing this, Russia still has the audacity to claim that Ukraine “doesn’t want peace.”

They bomb Ukrainian homes, destroy Ukrainian cities and force elderly people to climb through windows to survive and then demand that Ukrainians stop resisting.
