I had to book flight from airport , was promised to compensate with with new booking. Till now no ETA is shared and customer care is not helpful.

Having said that, 40 mins at 8:00 am in morning is too much. Please think about the commuters challenge also. Vehicles are are hold up too long, vehicle should go out every 5m
