@Avis Hello. I just made a reservation for April 11 using my points. After clicking confirm, I was billed the full amount without my points being taken into consideration.
@Sonos It has been 2 weeks since my case has been submitted regarding a tax issue. 3 days since I was told a supervisor would call me and nothing. I’m tired of hearing it’s been escalated when nothing is being done
@Sonos Hello. I am a frustrated customer. I have submitted 2 cases . One for a tax exempt issue that is 2 weeks old with no resolution and the other I received my speaker stands that are missing parts with no resolution. Please respond.
@GoodLifeFitness I just received an email that the downtown Hamilton location is closing. My corporate membership was paid for the full year. Under my membership I am able to access other clubs except I don’t drive.
