Celebrating 36 years of discovery with the Hubble Space Telescope 🔭
Collected on April 23, 2026, by one of Vantor's WorldView Legion satellites, this remarkable non-Earth image showcases Hubble from just 61.8 km away—an incredible perspective of one of humanity’s most iconic scientific instruments. With a space sample distance of 4.0 cm, Hubble’s signature cylindrical body, gleaming thermal shielding, and extended solar arrays are clearly visible, along with the open aperture door at the front of the telescope.
For over three decades, Hubble has expanded our understanding of the universe—delivering breathtaking imagery and groundbreaking science that continue to inspire.
Proud to support the technologies and teams that make moments like this possible.
This might be the first large-scale application of AI technology to geopolitics.. 4o, o3 high, Gemini 2.5 pro, Claude 3.7, Grok all give the same answer to the question on how to impose tariffs easily.
I switched to long form conversational interviews where through trading life experience stories, I can get a sense of their skill level. Testing someone for a specific scenario only tells you they can resolve those scenarios. It doesn't give you any insight into whether or not they can think on their feet, a skill they will need in a higher percentage than memorization of answers. Also, you're doing yourself a disservice by providing specific scenarios you already know the answers to. The whole idea to hiring someone is for them to solve problems you don't know the answers to. There must also be diversity of skills or what I like to call the Doomsday Prepper team where everyone has similar skill sets but can each do a variety of things the others can't and then everyone teaches each other in a cross training environment.
If you’re leaving a casino parking garage, DO NOT jump out and get a fresh ticket from one of the machines for cars entering the structure because you’d park free and that would be wrong.
Are we still getting a statement from @defcon about the way attendees at Resorts World we're treated? I remember DT saying that during closing ceremonies.
@Necoras@mattjay Nothing to do with it. Ideally, they got time off and are getting paid. Many more do it out of pocket because of crummy companies that refuse to pay. This dichotomy causes security to often fail, simply because they are understaffed to start, and don’t provide real training.
Hey @Google I’m not going to go through this bullshit every time I move my RV so you can protect your advertising $$$. This is a damn android tv, and it seems like every time I change to a new network, you want to make sure I am me. What is the deal??? You dont want my business.
