The recent Nigerian Presidential Election in 2023 concluded amidst irregularities and violence, despite the Electoral Commission's (@inecnigeria) assurance of a free and fair process. They had planned to employ the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) and upload real-time images of the final election results to the IREV portal for public viewing. However, as you're aware, things did not unfold as intended.

Not only did INEC fail to fulfill their commitment to a transparent election, but they also prevented the BVAS from uploading results online, citing technical glitches. Interestingly, the House of Representative election, held concurrently, managed to upload its results without any issues. The whereabouts of the Presidential election results remain unknown, leaving us all perplexed.

Presently, the case is before the Appeals Court in Abuja, Nigeria. INEC, in written statements and through their witness, claimed that data transferred to the AWS cloud undergoes changes upon storage, which is a false assertion. However, to dispel any misinformation, we kindly request an official statement from @awscloud addressing this matter, as the future of Nigeria hinges on obtaining accurate information.
