@jonbrooks Here's some reality for you. I just bought in Tampa, they're crushing houses left and right and rebuilding beautiful 1Mill+ homes. My builder just cleared a new house lot and a couple pulled up, to the empty dirt lot and bought it.
@RBReich All this effort to bold face lie. If you took every cent from every billionaire, liquidated them all. It wouldn’t run our bloated government for a year…. America is in so much debt and has been completely plundered.
@SteveOnSpeed My family health insurance just by itself is over 3K amonth… You gotta account for inflation also. I need 500K a year, zero worries and live the life I want to live.
Born and raised in MA. Last child graduates soon and wife and I are gone! Already bought the house down south… If you are on welfare or work for the state, MA is a terrific place to live. Other than that it is completely unafordable and the bureaucracy is on another level of hell.
Cars are not an asset… they’ve got the 400K, and the investment portfolio.. obviously they’re young if they have a college fund. Keep contributing to the investment portfolio - the key is fund the non retirement normal brokerage so you have an option to retire early. They should have a few mill when the kids are gone…
@OnlyInBOS You would have to hate money to live in Boston…. Spend 1/3 in Jupiter, Del Ray, Palm Beach, Tampa, Naples… 10 times better quality of life, weather and people…
@Steezehuman Nobody is going to help you but you. My 16 year old is making $20 an hour being a lifeguard. Get some roomates, make a short term 1-3 year career plan, learn some skills, move up the ladder. Keep doing that, new job every 2-3 years…
You bought all useless trash… You could have bought 10 pounds of chicken, vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice… Prepped 30 meals and froze most of them. Celsius?! 2 Gallons of Coffee Mate? 500 Paper plates? 3 gallons of cleaning supplies? You should need to pass a basic IQ test to have children.
