@CanHeadspace458@DynastyNoob215@Bricktop_NAFO While Europoors and SouthOfTheBorderPoors were killing each other last night after this commie sport "event" ended, red-blooded Americans were watching the Yankees-Dodgers game across the Hudson, relaxing, and sleeping in our AC-cooled homes very comfy.
@Bricktop_NAFO The Yankees-Dodgers game across the Hudson, on the same evening, low-key had more runs than this Commie Cuck Sport had goals. We Americans do not get so obsessed about sportsball as much as you third-worlders. You are welcome for the record-breaking revenue though...
@PricePaul67662@koexjef@_DIGB Rest-of-the-World Poors will not come close to the $15 billion expected in revenue from this WC in the next century. Even as the worth of all our fiats keep dropping. FIFA is going to be very enticed to host ANYTHING in the US... TOMORROW (if possible). Sucks to be you.
@_DIGB $547.8 million sold in tickets in yesterday's game alone (entire 2022 World Cup generated $685.9 million for ENTIRE tournament in Qatar). Revenues from 2022 WC=$5.8 billion, exp revenues from 2026 WC=$15 billion). How about Rest of the World Idiots stop being so god damn poor?
we tried to build this ourselves at cluely, but it's a hard problem to solve
fundamentally the problem is with the models
for proactive ai glasses (or even just proactive ai), you need
> sub 300ms response time
> continuous visual scene understanding
> super high precision on "when to help"
> insane context window
> ultra low-friction output (a text blob is high friction)
and like 10 other core features that just don't exist yet
impressed that this team does not stop and are constantly finding workarounds to try and win an obvious future form factor
There's a new kind of coding I call "vibe coding", where you fully give in to the vibes, embrace exponentials, and forget that the code even exists. It's possible because the LLMs (e.g. Cursor Composer w Sonnet) are getting too good. Also I just talk to Composer with SuperWhisper so I barely even touch the keyboard. I ask for the dumbest things like "decrease the padding on the sidebar by half" because I'm too lazy to find it. I "Accept All" always, I don't read the diffs anymore. When I get error messages I just copy paste them in with no comment, usually that fixes it. The code grows beyond my usual comprehension, I'd have to really read through it for a while. Sometimes the LLMs can't fix a bug so I just work around it or ask for random changes until it goes away. It's not too bad for throwaway weekend projects, but still quite amusing. I'm building a project or webapp, but it's not really coding - I just see stuff, say stuff, run stuff, and copy paste stuff, and it mostly works.
@dee99out@catkarabas @matt_vanswol @nicksortor Everything good is credited to Jesus/god, everything that is not is not. Hence, he is working “in mysterious ways” because otherwise we could only draw that this mofo just allowed +20 Christian girls under 10 years old to die a horrible death at a Christian camp, of all places.
@DadNat1488 @R0manianMapper @JamesVansmashed@GarbageHuman24 This is a post-nut clarity opinion. Hence, the correct one. Also, if you get off your couch and both of you go out and jog, bike, and hit the gym, you will be happy and procreate with #2.
@FergusonDa49572@TimotheeCee@arnemx their* But your point stands. These morons wave the Mexican flag, but hate living in Mexico. "Ironic" is an understatement, but they probably don't understand that word.
