@GWRHelp on the train from Paddington to Cheltenham this afternoon. A number of times there was significant banging and bouncing, particularly near Longcot area. Is this normal?

@GWRHelp please can you give better information at Paddington. I'm sure we'd all rather you cancel a train early, rather than we all wait hours until 5mins before it's due to leave then it's cancelled. It's the not knowing that's a pain, we can't plan.

@GWRHelp The 1633 Paddington to Stroud departed late. We stopped some short distance outside Paddington due to a line side fire(?). We are now told returning to Paddington. Meanwhile, a train to Bristol Temple Meads has just passed us...?

@GWRHelp I note the report by T&E report states GWR "Great Western Railway fares are two-and-a-half times higher than the average across the European Union (EU)". I enjoy train travel, but would welcome open discussion on pricing - from the whole industry.

@GWRHelp please clarify tkt pricing on your app. When planning a return (not open) it appears to show 'possible' return total not per ticket price. This isn't very clear and is rather misleading. Please could the app show per ticket pricing clearly.

@GWRHelp good morning. The 627 from Stroud to London was cancelled. The 725 now appears to be delayed. Could you provide an update please.

@GWRHelp Thanks, but I'm a bit confused by the response. The issue is that often the reservations aren't shown on the train until (at the starting station) until after many people have boarded the train. Can't the reservations not be indicated before people board?

@GWRHelp it would be great if the reserved seats were visible on the train before allowing people onto it. Is this possible? It would ease travel and confusion.
