@ElizabethAJPM@chadpostolico Fatness is a sign of gluttony which is a sin. Fatness is a tough sin to wear. None of these guys wear that sin. Outword physical appearance can be a sign of someone's interior disposition. Maybe start checking for that.
@realsedepicante Incidentally, St Teresa of Avila was obeying her (of course) male confessors when they bid her to write of her spiritual experiences. She mentions it at length, how she'd rather not but was ordered to, and thank God she was!
Feast of the day
Our Lady of the Rosary, pray for us!
On Sunday 7 October 1571 the combined Christian fleets under Don John of Austria achieved a significant naval victory over the Turks in the Straits of Lepanto. Thousands of Christians were liberated, the Turkish fleet was destroyed, and they suffered their first great defeat at sea. In gratitude to God and Our Lady, Pope Saint Pius V ordered an annual commemoration to be made of Our Lady of Victory. In 1573 Pope Gregory XIII transferred the feast to the first Sunday of October with the title Feast of the Most Holy Rosary since the victory was won through invocation of Our Lady of the Rosary. In 1716 Pope Clement XII extended the feast to the whole Latin Rite calendar, assigning it to the first Sunday in October. Pope Saint Pius X changed the date to 7 October in 1913. In 1969 Pope Paul VI changed the name of the feast to Our Lady of the Rosary.
Harvard professor David Sinclair has spent decades studying why we age.
He says 8 "normal" habits are proof that aging is a disease:
1. Eating breakfast every single day
Aquinas taught that lying to save a life is still a sin.
Not because he valued honesty over human life. Because he understood something about speech that we have almost entirely forgotten.
The modern assumption: a lie is wrong because of the harm it causes. No harm, no sin. White lies, social lies, protective lies... these are fine, maybe even virtuous.
Aquinas rejects that framework entirely (ST II-II, q. 110).
Speech exists for one purpose: to move a mind from your mind to theirs. Words are the bridge between intellects. A lie does not merely misinform. It corrupts the instrument itself.
That is why he argues every lie is evil in its species. Not some lies. Every lie. The nurse who lies to protect a patient, the father who lies to shield his child. The act is still a misuse of the faculty whose whole function is truth.
This sounds harsh until you see what it protects. If lies are justified by good outcomes, then no one can ever trust anything anyone says. The credibility of speech itself collapses. Aquinas saw that a society of justified liars is a society of isolated minds.
The hard case: the Nazi at the door asking about hidden refugees. Aquinas's framework says you may refuse to speak, deceive by silence, hide the innocent. What you may not do is assert as true what you know is false.
Which means the real question he forces on us: is truth-telling an absolute duty because truth is not ours to trade, or are there moments when the instrument of speech may rightly be broken for a greater good?
Alleged dating profile of Candace Owens found to suggest she is/was a lesbian or bi.
I offer my analysis/critique here.
How profile set up with names/birthdays chosen is very important in determining if made by her or someone else.
Castor oil cleansing is one of the most powerful cleansing techniques on Earth. It will change your entire mental, physical, and emotional state while eliminating candida and parasites. Here's how to perform it correctly:
First, why cleanse at all? We all have loads of metals, plastics, PCBs, candida, parasites, pesticides, estrogens, insecticides, & decades of junk that are caked alongside the inner walls of the colon. This creates massive inflammation and leaky gut syndrome.
When your gut is inflamed and leaky, the rest of your body halts all detox processes and nutrients are not assimilated properly. Every single toxin that should be leaving your body gets reabsorbed back into your bloodstream, making you sicker.
The colon is the central channel where most toxins evacuate from. When the inner walls of your colon are compromised, every toxin that leaves your body gets reabsorbed into your bloodstream. This messes up the entire detox process.
I spent $150,000+ and 3.5 years trying every detox method imaginable. Ayahuasca 31 times, fasting for months, colonics, all the different diets, you name it. This $3 technique moved more decades-old waste out of me than all of those combined.
Castor oil is wildly effective at destroying microscopic organisms, bad bacteria, yeast, mold, and candida that live deep in your colon walls. It's not super effective at large intestinal worms, but it obliterates the microscopic shit that colonics can't touch.
Here's the exact blueprint: Juice of 1 whole fresh lemon + 1-2 tablespoons of organic, hexane-free castor oil in a glass bottle. Mix in warm water and drink immediately upon waking instead of your normal hydration drink and supplements.
You will shit for 5 to 7 hours straight after taking this. I'm not exaggerating. Clear your entire schedule. Be flexible with your time and location. This is not a joke. You'll be glued to the toilet.
In all my years of cleansing and working with thousands of clients, this is one of the best techniques I've ever found for completely changing your mental, physical, and emotional state in a single day.
Make sure you use organic, hexane-free castor oil in a glass bottle. The plastic bottles leach toxins and the hexane processing makes it neurotoxic. Try it. Your colon, your energy levels, and your mental clarity will thank you. Results speak louder than any medical opinion.
This castor oil flush is just the tip of the iceberg. The real transformation happens when you go deep and remove the full parasites that are sucking your life force from you. And I'm about to walk you through the entire thing, live and completely free.
On Sept 29th I'm sharing the full 3 step process that I've taken 1000s of clients through to release visbile worms and regain their vitality.

Gee, I wonder how Pope Leo will spin the stabbing of three Catholic Priests by a Muslim at the Jarosław Benedictine Abbey in southern Poland killing one Catholic Priest Fr Stanisław Zbojnowicz
Pope Leo XIV "we perhaps should be a little less fearful (of Islam and Muslims) and look for ways of promoting authentic dialogue and respect.” 2 December 2025 during an in-flight press conference returning from Lebanon to Rome
The complete foolish quote from Pope Leo XIV the Muslim Pope:
“I know that in Europe there are, many times, fears that are present, but oftentimes generated by people who are against immigration and trying to keep out people who may be from another country, another religion, another race. […] I think one of the great lessons that Lebanon can teach to the world is precisely showing a land where Islam and Christianity are both present and are respected and that there is a possibility to live together, to be friends. Stories, testimony, witnesses that we heard even in the past two days of people helping each other, Christians with Muslims, both of whom had their villages destroyed for example, of saying we can come together and work together. I think those are lessons that would be important also to be heard in Europe or North America, that we perhaps should be a little less fearful and look for ways of promoting authentic dialogue and respect.”
