@CoachCal99 @Tablesalt13 After spotting the motorcycle I checked out the program. The biggest line item was HR - the field instructors almost 3k for 3 years. Results. Farms that participated saw crop yields increase by 5% over 3 years. Ghana should have continued the program, that Canada kick started.
