@Se_Railway Hi, I’ve accidentally submitted two delay repays - one for cancelled & one for abandoned journey. What would be the correct one for today’s sad situation please? Just so I know if there’s a similar delay to journeys in the future. Thanks for resolving the situ for passengers ASAP

@Se_Railway Hi, thanks but doesn’t really answer the question. Our train has been grounded at Marden, with no trains in either direction. Will busses also be sent to this station to collect us? And what direction will they drive us in? To Tonbridge or Ashford so we can complete the journey?
