@British_Airways Yes all done but no way track progress. Credit card due with essentials. Been nearly two months. Done everything asked. Weโre not pleased receipts in Greek and could not tell what purchased. Need clearer processes and strict timeline.

@British_Airways Very disappointed with your claim system no advice and guidance from start to finish and Iโm still just left hanging and very much out of pocket. As well as the stress and holiday it is now continuing.
@mgouldndvs You can start the claim now if you'd like, but we'd recommend starting it once you have the bag back, just in case you need to add anything else to the claim at a later date, once you have the bag you can do it all at the same time. Tony

My case is finally arrived and I went to submit a claim last night and they said there was a problem with the submission. However, woken up this morning and an email saying thank you I cannot check whatโs been claimed. Is there a telephone number please?

@British_Airways Thanks ๐ appreciate it was a chaotic difficult day but some understanding of the process when itโs never happened and including protocol around buying essential items. Also I had some medication in there so Iโm desperate to know what the process is and how long this might take.
@TUIUK booked number of holidays with you so v. disappointed that you have managed to advertise, & allow us to book, a hotel thatโs in a very different resort
Had to ring three times to discuss it and only offered, an alternative, at a very inflated price!
