[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@BenSteiner00 Does seem odd - especially with the assistant coach coming over from VWFC.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@YYCSoccer403 @kickinwithkyps Last news I heard was that he was training back with his Dutch home club

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@The3rdSub @wilkins_caleb24 Ironically the pick afterwards is a former vwfc academy player

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@BenSteiner00 And a Canadian kid in their starting 11 …

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@RichBucciarelli No full time coaches so coaches come from clubs. Guess where the great majority of players come from …

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@patersonjeff Agreed.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@RichBucciarelli @OntarioIsSoccer Perceived Value of PDL in Alberta is not good. Fee information can be dug up but looks like costs are higher than Ontario.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@__RobH__ Not sure about other provinces but here are Alberta’s fees. League1 is $15k (up from $10k last year).

@NorthernFutbol @Brendan_Dunlop @AlexGangueRuzic @BenSteiner00 It’s been 2 months from the announcement that a labour agreement is in place contingent on a new CSB deal. Why have have we still not heard anything about a reworked agreement with CSB. Anyway linked to completion of the CPL season?

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@atletiOttawa @LouisRielSoccer @DrewBeckie Nice to see. Who else? @CPLCavalryFC

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@kevinablue All the way in needs to also extend to the youth national team programs. Watching games like this create dreams. Don’t forget about the youth that are seeing this that need a huge amount of support from you to try and achieve their dreams.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@Sportsnet Can somebody remind luke Gadzic that he’s on a national broadcast. Might as well just put his old oilers jersey on.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@CanucksArmy @espn

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@onesoccer He was very disappointing today. Substitutes all looked better than him.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@RiggsBarstool @TaylorMadeGolf … except you’re on the range. Keep that smooth follow through on the 1st tee.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@ForePlayPod @JonSchantz @ProperWild Right. A stand-in without the yipps.

[Matthew Thorp @mgthorp]

@AlexGangueRuzic Herdman left almost 3 months ago and with a lot of supposed interest why does it seem like they are nowhere close to a hire and still with an “interim” staff.
