@chenna1985@fenicsproject I see. There is old documentation kept in https://t.co/dAJuKQqcLM and often Google ranks version 1.6.0 (quite old) as highest in search results. FEniCSx (recommended over the legacy FEniCS) has documentation under https://t.co/U5o1ZP8FRm.
The FEniCS 2022 conference is take place in San Diego, on 22-24 August. Abstract submissions are now open, deadline 17 June. More info at https://t.co/ljdVtpugA0.

@JustinMSolomon You cannot have this relation for arbitrary matrix, as any equality of form exp(A) ~ mexp(A) would be "equality" of two objects that transform very differently under change of coordinate basis (similarity). Trivially, it holds for small perturbations of diagonal matrix.
Announcing FEniCS 2021 - join our online conference get-together to present your work using tools from the FEniCS Project and beyond: https://t.co/SJc6uGsy0Z
A friendly and open event where everyone, student, professional or professor, can meet and talk.
AceGEN + @fenicsproject news! With @MHabera in @uni_lu within @MSCActions we plugged efficient code for large-deform. elasto-plasticity + non-linear hardening into the multistep N-R scheme, all running MPI parallel with PETSc as linear algebra backend and MUMPS direct LU solver.
Sure, you can do “using namespace std;” in your program. It is about as smart as removing the driver-side door in your car, because it is so redundant having to open & close it every time you start driving.
The best AD system AceGen + highly efficient FE system @fenicsproject = unlimited possibilities. Today in @uni_lu , together with @MHabera, first time in history we established the interface between the two systems🍾 This makes a great example of synergies enabled by @MSCActions
