@SubaruCustCare After many Toyotas I decided to try a Subaru. Now, regardless of the class action settlement regarding the defective eyesight on my model, my claim was refused. Subaru is unwilling to even make a goodwill gesture. Not a good first experience with Subaru!!!
@jewelosco your store at 7234 Foster-Chicago dropped the ball big time. My wife went to exchange a $5 bouquet wilted flowers without a receipt. After being a customer at that store for over 30 years and spending over 6k there last year they refused. Manager on duty was Robert.

@StateFarm I'll call - the adjuster Dan Idler is supposed to be approaching "management" with an appeal but it seems like @StateFarm 's default is to deny. Frustrating! Also frustrating that the 800 number you gave is the general @StateFarm number and I am lost in a phone tree.
@PropertyClmPro I guess. It's hard to leave @StateFarm after 46 years but I'm really disappointed in them now. They reached out with an 800 number to call to file a complaint so we will see where that goes.
