Theresa went to have a baby.
Her husband went to the hospital hoping to leave with his wife and baby, instead, he was met with the devastating news that his wife had died during childbirth.💔
In 2025 alone, 965 women in Ghana died from pregnancy-related complications.
965 mothers. Daughters. Wives. Sisters.
And the frightening thing is, almost all of us know someone who went to have a baby and never came home.
We cannot continue to treat maternal deaths as unfortunate statistics.
I am calling for a bipartisan parliamentary inquiry into maternal deaths in Ghana to understand WHY women are still dying, identify where our systems are failing them, and demand clear, time-bound action.
This must also become a national conversation.
Because when we pay attention, when we put the right systems in place and when we are deliberate, WE SAVE LIVES.
No woman should leave home to give life and never return.
For Theresa and for every woman whose story never made the news.
We must do better and we can. 🙏🏽
Girls in Ghana are now outperforming and outnumbering boys in key academic metrics, raising concerns that decades of educational advocacy have tilted the balance.

One hospital bill can wipe out 5 years of your savings.
Don't just hustle without taking care of your health
Don't sacrifice your sleep
Don't sacrifice your diet.
When you're looking for things to protect, choose your health first.
When did you graduate? How long have you been unemployed? What role are you looking for?
I hope the right person/company sees this and gives you a chance. Good luck.
God is saying, “Throw that net out one more time.” Start believing again, start dreaming again, start taking steps of faith. You don’t know what God is about to do. The reason it hasn’t happened yet is because it’s bigger than you think.
You know how we do it on ‘DSS Thursday’. We’re Gambaga, talking about the impact ‘The Presby Outcast Home Project’ is making under the DSS Department. Please read it for yourself and also share it with others.
Volta Fair 2025 is almost here!🔥Volta Region, are you ready? 💪
It’s going to be bigger — business, investment, tourism, culture and pure Volta energy!
What are you most excited about?
On behalf of the Chiefs and people of the Volta Region, I warmly congratulate Etornam, our representative in the 2025 Ghana’s Most Beautiful contest, on her outstanding victory.
Etornam has carried the Volta spirit with grace, intelligence, and confidence, and her success is a proud moment for our entire region.
It is worth noting that this marks the second time in the past three years that the Volta Region has brought home this prestigious crown — a true testament to our cultural pride, talent, and unity.
Congratulations once again to Etornam and to all Voltarians who supported her journey.

I told one of our girls today “You think you had a breakup, but unknown to you, it was a deliverance.” Some of you are crying and broken over a failed relationship, not knowing God’s mercy delivered you from a life time of misery. You better wipe your tears and thank God 😌. You will look back very soon and wonder what you were even thinking. God has a great plan for you. Cheer up jare..😒😌. Blessings
