At this point, these Knicks remind me of 2001 Lakers - solidly v good reg season team that turned into all-time playoff juggernaut seemingly on a dime. Even those Lakers revved it up at tail end of RS. Both enjoyed crazy good fortune w shooting #’s on top of everything else.

@trigonis30 Absolutely crazy that there's only 1 round of So Cal playoff basketball not played in HS gyms. Games all played at same time in disparate locations that you can't get into anyway. And sometimes you might buy tickets to oversold CIF games and still not be able to get into the gym.

Only time I had pleasure of seeing Micheal Ray live was w/absolutely ridiculous '87-88 Albany Patroons, who went 48-6 in CBA w/NBA All-Star (Sugar) + 2 more NBA guards (Sid Lowe/Scotty Brooks) + NBA 20 ppg scorer (Tony Campbell) & coached by mad genius Bill Musselman. RIP Sugar
