The @ATT saga continues. 5 days of waiting for service to fix the internet and, you guessed it, they didn't even come. No show. Window of 4 to 8 and they said they were running late. Now nothing. Wow. 😡😤🤬😠 If you don't HAVE to have them for service, just don't.

@ATT bte, I'm on hold for CS after having done all of the troubleshooting. Your system is not functional, consistent, or reliable.

@ATTHelp You do? Well on the phone they didn't (Inc supervisor). We have to wait until late WEDNESDAY before anyone will come out for a repeated issue. Yeah, sure, you want to get to the bottom of it. Right. People who need internet in order to work from home should NOT rely on AT&T.

@ATT What's the deal with my internet dropping all of the time? You say that you fix it. It isn't REALLY fixed. You say a major line needs replacing, but you don't do it. You say Fiber is coming, but it doesn't. Tired of it! Anyone want to recommend a better provider?
