I watched it first hand as a critical care NP. Many many patients died alone with no family present because of that monster in a room with reverse ventilation and the only people who came in were staff wearing hazmat gear.
While the family was locked out of the hospital and unable to say good bye to their family member.
No punishment is harsh enough for him.
