2.5 hours on hold with @truist and the customer service rep hung up because she had no clue how to resolve my issue. This merger has been handled terribly! So frustrating!
@TruistNews Truist has taken a giant step backwards in technology and banking convenience. After 40+ years with Suntrust, we are moving on to a new bank. Their customer service is nonexistent and their merger team has failed!

@GoDaddy we aren’t able to send or receive emails on 2 different accounts. Wait time for tech support is over 30 minutes. Do you know when this will be repaired?
